“Our house is 100 years old this year. To call this project a ‘kitchen renovation’ is an understatement. We believe the kitchen area was last updated in the 60’s, and our project actually involved 5 rooms (kitchen, laundry room, pantry, bathroom, and butler’s pantry). 126 calendar days, 71 actual on-site work days. 11 different contracting entities, 39 total people. Yes, there were unexpected twists, but we’ve worked with Justin on previous renovations, so we were confident in his insight and abilities. S&W provided reliability, responsiveness, and quality. With such a complex project, it was a relief to know what to expect on a daily basis. From the initial design phase through the hiccups and adjustments, there was constant communication in both directions.
